Creighton University has immunization requirements for all students registered for classes on campus to protect the health and well-being of our campus community. All students must have immunization requirements completed (uploaded to The BirdHouse) and records verified by Student Health Services prior to registering for classes and prior to receiving a housing assignment. Students who are in process of completing immunization requirements (i.e. have started a series for the first time) may be granted class registration and/or housing assignment privileges at the discretion of Student Health Services.
Enter/Upload Immunization Information
Students must enter immunization data and upload supporting documentation in the University’s patient portal, The BirdHouse. This information must be verified by Student Health Services prior to class registration and prior to receiving a housing assignment. This guide provides information about navigating The BirdHouse. Click here for tips on locating your immunization records. Communication regarding compliancy status will be sent to the student’s Creighton email account.
