Health Insurance for those Impacted by COVID-19
Those who have recently lost health insurance coverage may be eligible for enrollment on the University-Sponsored Student Health Insurance Plan. More information can be found here. Inquiries may be directed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Student Health Education and Compliance Office provides health education and wellness resources to students, with the mission of enhancing well-being and academic success. Services include:
Management of student, faculty, and staff immunization requirements (residential students must have requirements completed and records verified via The Birdhouse to register for classes and receive a housing assignment).
Administration of University-sponsored student health insurance plan and monitoring of insurance requirements.
Centralized processing and storing of immunization and health compliance data in the Creighton Health and Immunization Requirements Portfolio (CHIRP) to prepare students for interprofessional education and practice.
On-campus health education and programming, Campus Health Aide supervision, Shoo the Flu vaccinations, WellFest health fair, and more.
Care coordination with CHI Health and campus partners for students navigating the complex healthcare system.
