As part of the first-year experience at Creighton, all freshmen students are provided the opportunity to take the CliftonStrengths for Students assessment. Created by Gallup, CliftonStrengths for Students analyzes the results of a survey to identify the top five strengths of an individual, from a list of 34 total strengths. These strengths highlight natural inclinations to success.
CliftonStrengths for Students programming begins when, freshmen will receive a code to access their Strengths Assessment. Students have until February 1 to complete the assessment.
Strengths Week sessions, held in February, introduce students to their strengths. The spring semester will contain a variety of Strengths programming to dive into cultivating a richer awareness for each student. Campus partners of this new program include the Department of Residential Life, the John P. Fahey Career Center, the Creighton EDGE, Campus Ministry and more.
